3. Quotes
Quotes provided are based on the information available at the time.
Additional costs may apply if:

Customers will be notified before additional charges are applied.
4. Bookings and Cancellations
Customers are asked to provide reasonable notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, supplier delays, safety concerns or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is required upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts and recover any reasonable debt collection costs incurred.
6. Insurance Claims
Where insurance claims are involved, customers remain responsible for any excess payments, policy limitations or costs not covered by their insurer.
Approval of claims remains subject to the insurer's assessment and approval process.
7. Warranty
We warrant our workmanship in accordance with applicable Australian Consumer Law requirements.
Any warranty claims must be reported as soon as reasonably possible after the issue is identified.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Windscreens On The Move is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
